We’re lucky that many of our state’s best title professionals have long recognized the importance of a strong state association advocating and advancing our collective industry interests. That buy-in is one of the reasons the Idaho Land Title Association enjoys one of the highest membership rates (95% of eligible title companies) in the country.
However, ILTA is always recruiting new members to get involved in our organization. If you’re ready to join all the great things we do, we’d love to have you as an official part of all the good that we do.
Association dues are paid by the county operated in, and your ILTA membership covers all employees in a member’s office. Our single-county dues are as follows:
- Ada County: $1,415
- Bannock, Bonneville, Canyon, Kootenai, Twin Falls Counties: $980
- Bingham, Blaine, Bonner, Cassia, Elmore, Jefferson, Jerome, Latah, Madison, Minidoka, Nez Perce, Payette Counties: $490
- Bear Lake, Benewah, Boise, Boundary, Caribou, Clearwater, Franklin, Fremont, Gem, Gooding, Idaho, Owyhee, Lemhi, Power, Shoshone, Teton, Valley, Washington Counties: $335
- Adams, Butte, Camas, Clark, Custer, Lewis, Lincoln, Oneida Counties: $230
- Affiliate Membership: $310
- Underwriter Membership: $2,500F
- Student Membership (open to current high school and college students): No Charge
